Transitions Pet Care is a nonprofit, 501c3, in Decatur, GA that provides FREE pet care for owners diagnosed with major illnesses or are recovering from a major injury or surgery. All donations go to supporting these pets so they can stay with their owners and continue to provide comfort and companionship.
Our mission is to provide pet care and re-homing services for the pets of people facing the end of life.
